The CHSPE now offers qualified registrants the option of paying for the CHSPE with a credit card. This registration method is only open to qualified registrants who can complete the entire registration process electronically.
When using "Electronic Only" registration you pay for your registration online by credit card and upload a digitized copy of any necessary eligibility forms. Registration is completed when the credit card payment is completed and the CHSPE Office approves the materials submitted electronically.
Registration information and payment must be completed on the same day. If payment is not submitted with the registration information, all information will be deleted and the process must be started again. You may use the same username and password to begin again.

When using "Mail-in" Registration the Web site will collect the necessary information and create a personalized registration form. You will print this Registration Form. The Registration Form, payment in the form of a cashier’s check or money order, eligibility documents (if necessary) and any other supporting documentation are mailed to CHSPE Office. Registration is completed when the materials arrive. You may not pay with a credit card if you are using "Mail-in" Registration.
